Our structure takes its name from the nickname with which people in the countryside named our grandfather Giuseppe, Paolo’s dad, that was usual to wear a silk flat cap.
In the past it was Paolo childhood home. His parents entrusted its management to him and their grandchildren, hoping to see it living again.
Its restoration aimed to keep unchanged the signs of tradition: from the architecture of trulli to the rural sceneries surrounded by olive groves, rock walls and ancient "Masserie".
The structure opened its doors to different cultures that enrich and paint our and keeping it blooming, in a perfect union with innovation Coppola di Seta is the ideal place in which you can distance yourself from the daily frenzy in order to experience instants of calm in contact with nature, living a real sensory trip throughout breath-taking sceneries, typical ball, unforgettable flavours.
